Design approach
The project is located on a plot with face in 2 streets, and this was the base of the design approach. The project will be consisting of 14 apartments, starting from ground level where there is a maisonette with private pool & garden, and ending in 5-6th floor maizonette with breathtaking views of the city of Athens.
Each apartment has private storage area & parking, and there are 3 pools that belong exclusively to their apartments.
Centrally in the building is the common staircase volume, and around it there are developed the residential areas. During the design phase, the focus was in facade materials, in vertical garden elements, in openings that look towards the views of the city and mountain Ymittos, and mostly on the functionality of the apartments.
