Design approach
Τhe building is situated on a plot with facades in 3 streets at the area of Toufa at Chalandri.
It consists of 5 apartments divided in 6 levels, and common spaces at groundfloor & basement.
The main design guideline was the views it offers towards parts of the neighborhood & the city, as well as its access to the streets. We emphasised on the facade materials which are in grey tones, in combination of a wooden sticking out volume. Our main concern was to design funcional apartments of 2 & 4 bedrooms, that are applied to 1 or 2 levels.
